Tazvia / Legal
Privacy notice
Effective September 25, 2026
Enovait Enterprises operates Tazvia and is responsible for this notice. Tazvia processes information to operate its prospecting workspace, respond to enquiries, protect the service, and keep billing records. This notice explains what happens to information you provide or create when using Tazvia. For privacy requests, email obafemiogunmokun@gmail.com.
Information we process
When you sign up, we receive your account identifier and profile details from Clerk. We store your workspace name, saved businesses and leads, manually entered or imported information, notes, pipeline and follow-up activity, website audit results, and AI drafts. You decide what to put into lead records and what to export. We also store plan, usage, payment status, and transaction identifiers needed to administer access.
The contact form collects your name, email, topic, and message so we can respond. It is delivered through an email provider to our inbox, rather than stored as a contact message in the Tazvia application database. The provider and inbox may retain copies. Please do not submit passwords, payment cards, or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and security services process technical data such as request details and short-lived abuse-prevention counters. Tazvia records operational events to diagnose errors and protect the service. Those application events do not intentionally include full prompts, contact messages, or complete audit reports.
How information is used
We use account and workspace information to authenticate you, provide Discoveries, audits, drafts, lead management, exports, and support. Billing information is used to show purchases, apply allowances, reconcile payments, and meet record-keeping obligations. We use technical information to secure the service, limit abuse, and fix failures. Where required by law, we rely on your consent for optional analytics. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Service providers and data transfers
Clerk provides authentication; Vercel hosts the app; Neon stores the application database. Google Places supplies business discovery data. Website audits may fetch and analyze public websites using browser and Lighthouse tooling. Google Gemini processes information submitted for AI-assisted assessments and drafts. Resend handles contact-form email, which reaches a Gmail inbox. Upstash helps limit abusive requests. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own terms and safeguards.
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid purchases. It collects and processes checkout and payment details, issues invoices, and handles applicable taxes. Tazvia receives payment and subscription details needed to provide access, but does not receive or store your full card number. Paddle's own privacy notice governs its payment processing. We do not sell your workspace data.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and similar storage keep your account secure and the app working. They support sign-in, security, checkout, and remembering that you have seen our cookie notice. The notice cookie lasts up to 180 days. Clicking “Accept” acknowledges this notice; it does not authorize optional analytics. Tazvia does not use analytics cookies today. If we introduce them, we will explain the provider and ask for your consent before setting them.
Retention and security
Workspace information remains available while your account exists, including during read-only access after a trial or subscription ends. If you ask us to close your account or delete information, we will review and action the request, subject to records we must keep for billing, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Payment and invoice records can therefore remain after workspace data is removed. Email correspondence may remain with the email services until deleted under their settings or applicable retention obligations. We do not promise an automatic deletion date at subscription expiry.
We use authenticated access, restricted operational views, and provider security features to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can promise perfect security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You can review workspace information and export saved leads as CSV, including after paid access expires. To request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right available to you under applicable law, email obafemiogunmokun@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and explain when a legal exception requires us to retain particular records. You can also raise a concern with the privacy authority that applies to you.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our data practices change and show the revised effective date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention. If optional analytics is introduced, we will describe the provider and ask for a fresh choice before it runs.
