What counts as a discovery?
One discovery is one category/location search execution, not one business returned. Results vary with location, category, and website filtering, so a discovery does not guarantee a particular number of leads.
When do my allowances reset?
Discoveries, audit credits, and AI drafts reset each month on your subscription anniversary, including on annual plans. Unused allowances do not roll over. Saved leads are a capacity limit, not a monthly allowance.
What happens if an audit fails?
A saved website audit with useful evidence costs one audit credit. A successful opportunity assessment for a business without a website costs half a credit. An unusable failure costs nothing. Running a new successful audit counts again.
Does Tazvia send outreach for me?
Tazvia prepares drafts for you to review and send yourself. It does not automatically send emails or DMs. Each successful draft or regeneration counts toward your AI draft allowance.
How do batch audits work?
Growth runs up to 20 lead audits sequentially. Keep the browser page open while the batch runs. A successful website audit uses one credit; a successful no-website assessment uses half a credit. Batches are not unattended background jobs.
How do I upgrade after trying Tazvia?
Tazvia manages your free trial. When you decide to upgrade, you explicitly choose a plan and complete payment through Paddle. The trial is not a Paddle subscription, and its expiry does not trigger a charge. A paid plan is required to continue active prospecting afterward.
How does annual billing work?
Pay $290 a year for Starter or $790 a year for Growth, equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing. The full year is charged at checkout, while usage allowances reset monthly. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
